Well there are many hacking tools with different works.
For different work we use different type of method also.
Many of software tools like 'metasploit', 'nmap' which is little bit
difficult to use but can make hacking easy. If there will come

Ya for remote hacking you can use tools like 'sub7' for password cracking 'brutus Ae2' and for port and ip scanning there are alot of tools like nmap, zenmap etc.
